Today in the early hours of the morning in the rain and wind , the Kanonkop Rovers volunteered at the 6km mark in Kenridge , where we distributed Water Sachets and cups of Coke cola to the Runners and Walkers as they passed by , along with alot of encouraging words to the amazing athletes that passed us on the day
